Terms of Sale

AKC:
Each pup will receive its AKC registration papers upon taking possession. These are REAL Havanese puppies.  Their parentage is well above average.  If you plan to own one of this breed, beware of knock-off's.  They exist out there.  Each of these pups is being raised in a home environment and are extremely well socialized.  They love being handled by people and will attach to their new families in short time.  This is a loyal, loving breed.

HEALTHCARE:
All puppies will receive their first set of protective puppy shots by the sellers' vets. Buyer is required to have their puppy examined by their own vet within one week of taking possession. This is to insure that the pup receives a certificate of health from both the seller's and the buyer's vets.

AIR TRAVEL:
We will ship puppies if needed. A viable alternative to the plane pet cargo is flying to pick up your puppy and carrying it on the plane with you. All you need is an airline approved pet carrier that will fit in under the seat in front of you. The airline charge for a small pet carrier is around $50.00. At last check, the cost for pet cargo is $150.00 -$175.00 depending on the airline. The cost to fly with your pup is equivalent but it requires a little more coordination and shopping for tickets. We prefer a Treasurer's or Cashier's check several days in advance to allow for a smoother transition.
